Boys and girls in Grades 8 and up are eligible to become youth referees, to officiate our Winter Rec games (they only ref for grades lower than the ones they are in themselves). While our preference is to have refereees who have played in our Rec program or our High School Travel program, we will consider all candidates.
There will be 2 training sessions, on 11/2/24 and 11/9/24, in the afternoon at High School West. Please email Barry McCabe (bmccabe150@gmail.com) if you are interested in becoming a youth referee.
We may not be able to accept all candidates for youth referees, if we have more candidates than available positions, so please advise us of your interest as soon as possible. |
